FDH Ufulu Digital Account is a virtual account which allows you to use your phone number as an account number. You can use your Ufulu Digital Account to pay bills, buy airtime, withdraw cash, send/receive money etc, just like the way you use Mpamba or Airtel Money.

The best thing about creating FDH Ufulu Digital Account is that you can open it yourself using your phone and it is so easy. Whether your TNM or Airtel, the process is the same.

Ufulu Digital Account is open to both FDH and Non-FDH Bank account holders. There are no account opening forms, monthly charges or book balances you have to worry about.

To open Ufulu Digital Account, follow the simple steps outline below:

  1. Dial *525#. it does not matter whether your airtel or Tnm. The USSD Code will work.

  2. Select 5.

  3. Enter 1.

  4. Enter 1 to confirm(You will recieve an SMS with a registration PIN).

  5. Dial *525# and Select 5.

  6. Select 1.

  7. Enter Registration PIN received through SMS.

  8. Enter 6 Digit PIN (confirm).

  9. Enter a 6 letter memorable word (confirm).

  10. Just like that, the account is created.

If it't saying is deactivated, then am afraid you need to visit any FDH branch at the inquiry section and explain your situation there.
